The motivation to write these pages is simply a response to requests for a straightforward instruction in “plain English” for anyone who wants to attain peace - to transcend the mundane material world.There are no magic or mystical formulae to travel the way to peace. All that you need is a strong commitment to actions which transform your minute by minute journey through each and every day. If you have a God, Guiding Light or Spiritual Friend, then the journey will be supported by that faith. A spiritual entity is not necessary to practice the path to peace, but, many people find that a feeling that there is more to life than the mundane helps them on their way. They transcend the petty, open their hearts and minds and embrace the whole of nature.The only “miracles” are step-by-step small changes to the way we see, interact with and appreciate the ordinary.
